These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pisces AI ("Pisces," "we," "us," or "our"), including our website at pisces.dev, our Roblox Studio plugin, our API, and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, installing the plugin, or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
Please read these Terms carefully. They contain important information about your rights, obligations, limitations of liability, and a binding agreement that all disputes will be resolved on an individual basis. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using Pisces, you represent that you meet these requirements.
To access certain features, you must create an account using Google OAuth authentication. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Each individual may only maintain one Pisces account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, abuse trial credits, or for any other purpose is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts without refund.
Upon registration, you are issued a unique API key ("Integration Key") to authenticate your Roblox Studio plugin. You agree to:

Pisces is an AI-powered code assistant for Roblox Studio. The Service uses artificial intelligence models to generate, edit, and analyze Luau code within your Roblox projects via a Studio plugin that communicates with our cloud servers.
All code and content generated by Pisces is produced by AI models. While we strive for accuracy and quality:
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, server issues, third-party API outages, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to change, update, or remove features of the Service at any time. This includes changes to AI models, usage limits, available plans, pricing, and functionality. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes, but are not obligated to do so.
Pisces offers a free tier and several paid subscription plans. Current plans and pricing are displayed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; existing subscribers will be notified before any price increase takes effect on their account.
Usage is measured in "Pisces Units" (PU), which correspond to AI compute consumed per request. Key details:
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan or purchasing top-up packs, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide through Stripe. Subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis.
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access to your plan until then.
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan through the billing portal. Changes take effect at the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds or credits are issued for downgrades or mid-cycle changes.
All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes subscription payments, top-up PU purchases, and any other charges. Because PU represent consumed AI compute resources that cannot be reclaimed, we are unable to offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:
By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. We recommend starting with the free tier or trial to evaluate the Service before subscribing.
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge. After repeated failures, your account may be downgraded to the free tier. Any PU allowance associated with your paid plan will be reduced accordingly.
You may use the Service for lawful purposes related to Roblox game development, including generating, editing, and analyzing code for your own projects or projects you have authorization to work on.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates these Terms, including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting violations to law enforcement authorities.
The Service, including our website, plugin, API, branding, design, and all underlying technology, is owned by Pisces AI and is protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service except for the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.
You retain ownership of the code and content in your Roblox projects. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your code solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., analyzing context to generate relevant code suggestions).
Code generated by Pisces is provided for your use in your projects. However, we make no representations regarding the originality or intellectual property status of AI-generated code. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated code does not infringe any third-party rights.
We collect information necessary to provide and improve the Service, including account information, usage data, and code context sent to our API. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
When you use the Service, portions of your code are sent to our servers and processed by third-party AI models to generate responses. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet. Do not use the Service with code containing sensitive information such as passwords, API keys, or personal data.
We may retain usage logs and metadata for operational, analytical, and billing purposes. We do not permanently store the full content of your code after processing is complete, but transient caching may occur during normal operation.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

You acknowledge that AI technology is inherently imperfect and that using the Service involves risk. You assume full responsibility for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated code.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Pisces AI, its creators, employees, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any:
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty US dollars ($50), whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service and any generated code complies with Roblox's Terms of Use and Community Standards.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis. You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
